Duties
- Reporting to the Lead HR Business Partner, you will play an instrumental role in establishing HR business partnership with stakeholders to enable effective HR operations in alignment with the Company\'s policies and guidelines.
- Partner with the Business Units to manage end to end talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, performance and grievance handling
- HR Advisory on the interpretation of Employment Act and HR policies and procedures with the aim to enhance employee communication, engagement and performance
- Drive staff engagement programmes to elevate overall employee engagement level
- Support strategic work plans including talent development and succession planning, rewards programs, etc.
- Support employee engagement programs such as townhall, dialogue sessions with Senior Management, Workplace Health Program, social events, etc.
- Provide supervision and guidance to administrator on all training admin and staff claims related matters (For Senior Executive only)
- Initiate process improvement to increase efficiency
- Undertake projects/assignments which may be assigned from time to time.
- Diploma/Degree/Post Graduate qualification in Human Resource Management or related disciplines with at least 3 - 5 years of HR Business Partnering experience, with least 2 - 3 years of supervisory experience to be considered for the Senior Executive level
- Experience in SAP and/or SAP SuccessFactors would be an added advantage
