Job Description


Core Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and evaluate learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and align them with organizational goals.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions, workshops, and e-learning courses using various instructional methods.
  • Collaborate with department managers to create tailored development plans for employees.
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, making adjustments to programs as needed.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of employee training and development activities.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the organization.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in using learning management systems (LMS) and other training tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
