Job Description

Descriptions:

• Work closely with overseas business units in delivering HR operational services.
• Engage actively with various stakeholders, such as business leaders, line managers and employees.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
• Compliance with HR policies and procedures with all local audits & statutory.
• Support for HR full spectrum function and administrations, including provide information, advice and resolve employees\' queries/ HR issues in a timely manner.
• Assist in employee welfare programs planning and execution.
• Any other day-to-day administrative or ad hoc duties assigned by the Management.

Requirements:

• Degree in HRM or other relevant qualification
• At least 5 year(s) working experience in related field.
• Experience with manufacturing will be an advantage.
• Able to work in fast paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
• Independent and meticulous team player with the ability to multi-task
