The Human Resources Executive is a generalist role with full HR spectrum, less payroll. Assist and support the HR Manager to ensure efficient HR operations; implement HR programs and initiatives.
Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment functions for global hirings, including freelancers and interns.
Plan, develop, implement, and administer learning & development program
Maintain employee's record in Info-Tech HRMS.
Handle all MOM work pass related matters.
Onboarding and Offboarding.
Any other ad-hoc duties as and when required.
Requirements
Diploma or equivalent with at least 4 years of HR related experience.
Good knowledge of Employment Act and prevailing HR practices.
Effective verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese (to liaise with colleagues in China).
Good interpersonal skills and works well in a team.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Resourceful, self-driven, and possessed a high degree of professional integrity.
Eye for detail.
Knowledge of Info-Tech HRMS is a big plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Able to start work immediately or within short notice will be an advantage.

Pay: $3,100.00 - $3,800.00 per month
