Compliance
Support to ensure that all payroll processes and payments are fully compliant with local and regional employment laws, statutory deductions, and taxation rules.
Support to ensure timely execution of all relevant compliance activities.
Compensation Administration & Management
Assist in the development and implementation of compensation and benefits strategies.
Support salary reviews, bonus processing, and performance management programmes.
Assist in salary benchmarking to maintain competitive and equitable salary structures.
Manage employee insurance, including renewals and enrolment activities.
Administer employee
Support compensation and benefits projects and initiatives as needed.
Data & Analytics
Perform HR and payroll reporting and data analysis.
Assist in analysing compensation and benefits data to assess programme effectiveness and monitor market trends.
Data Management
Ensure accuracy of employee payroll data and maintain up-to-date records in HR and payroll systems.
Assist to safeguard data integrity across all relevant platforms.
Reporting
Prepare and file payroll tax reports as required by statutory authorities.
Generate detailed reports for internal and external audits.
Assist in the preparation of group budgetary exercises.
Audits & Reconciliation
+ Support internal and external audits related to payroll matters.
+ Conduct payroll reconciliations as part of audit and compliance processes.
Inquiries and Support
+ Resolve employee payroll queries efficiently and provide support regarding compensation and benefits matters.
Others
Stand-in for admin role when required
Support on all HR transactional/operations as and when assigned.
Undertake task/project assigned to achieve Organisational objectives.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Degree in HR or Equivelant
Proficient with Microsoft Excel i.e. vlookup, pivot table, etc.
Proficient in data analysis and reporting.
Task-Related Competencies
Experience in performing payroll and documentation
Taxation submission including working with overseas colleagues
Experience in production/manufacturing environment is preferred
Basic employment act knowledge fordifferent countries
Good understanding of the HR principles and practices
Interpersonal Competencies
Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
Good organizational and time management skills
Proactive, willing to learn, and adaptable to regional requirements
