Provide necessary support for all human resource functions
Prepare or maintain employment records related to events, such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions
Process, verify, and maintain personnel related documentation, including staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, classifications, and employee leaves of absence
Schedule or conduct new employee orientations
Explain company personnel policies, benefits, and procedures to employees or job applicants
Gather personnel records from other departments or employees
Search employee files to obtain information for authorized persons and organizations, such as hospitals or ministries
Handle all work pass application and renewal documentation and process
Handle all workplace insurance and WICA-related documentation and process
Confer with management to develop or implement personnel policies or procedures
Provide management with information or training related to interviewing, performance appraisals, counselling techniques, or documentation of performance issues
Requirements
Possess minimally a diploma In HR/Business or related fied
Minimum 2 years of HR experience
Prior experience in construction or manufacturing industry is advantageous
Experience handling Infotech HRM is advantageous
Comfortable with communicating with migrant workers
Location: Tuas
Work Arrangement: 730am to 430pm, 5.5 days (Alternate Saturdays)
