Job Description


:

  • Working location: Sungei Kadut, company transport provided
  • Leading renowned Construction company
  • Up to $4,500 basic + Completion Bonus
  • 7 months contract to cover maternity
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for onboarding & offboarding process
  • Documentation for new hires
  • Work pass renewal
  • Driving employee engagement by collection employees; feedbacks
  • Involvement in HR processes
  • Provide support for L&D initiatives
Requirement
  • At least 2 years experience in HR
  • Bilingual in English & Chinese to liaise with Chinese speaking counterparts
