The Role To support HR Shared Services Center by accurately manage and maintain complex team member information transactional requests while adhering to HR Shared Service Center processing standards and service level commitments and provide recommendations for process improvement. To provide HR analytical expertise and identify any issues related to operational matters for HR Shared Services Center, determine root cause and proactively promote and lead efforts to guarantee continuous process improvement. Responsible timely, data accuracy and integrity in handling team member records in HRIS throughout Employee Life Cycle events Data entry may include but is not limited to, team member status changes, transfer, terminations, new hires, reorganizations, and use of correction mode as needed. Ensure data submitted for processing is in alignment with company policies and practices prior to processing. Streamline and improve upon the process for data entry, through effective use of data entry forms that are consistent, in compliance and ensuring payroll timelines are met effectively. Perform regular audits and reconciliation to ensure consistency and relevance of the HR data maintained. Take ownership of analyzing the data thoroughly and provides detailed reports to the Management for putting the necessary checks in place. Manage HR stakeholders on Data Management initiatives Ensure service level and turnaround time are conformed to at all times Responsible for reviewing work processes and system with a view on enhancements and process improvements Involve and participate in HR projects and key business initiatives as required. Any other duties as assigned. About You Bachelor's degree in HR or equivalent At least 3-5 years' relevant experience in HR Work experience in an HR Shared Services environment is a must Team player, energetic, service-oriented and able to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment Able to multi task, work well under pressure and deliver within tight timeline Excellent analytical skills with proven experience in business analysis and interpretation, clearly communicating findings and recommendations to meet the requirements.
