Job Description


The Opportunity:

  • Permanent role
  • Work location: Kaki Bukit
  • Work hours: Monday - Friday, 9am-6pm
  • Up to $3,500 - AWS + PB
Adecco proudly collaborates with a food & beverage chain that specializes in handmade, artisan baked goods. Reporting directly to the HR Assistant Manager, this position offers a unique opportunity to be an integral part of a dynamic and reputable organization.The Role:As an HR Executive reporting to the HR Manager, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Lead the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and arranging interviews.
  • Assist in onboarding activities, including setting up email and security access for new hires.
  • Prepare various HR letters such as Letter of Employment and Letter of Confirmation.
  • Monitor employees\' work pass status, probationary periods, etc.
  • Partner with Institutions for internships and recruitment agencies.
The Talent
  • Min. Diploma in Business Administration/Human Resources
  • Min. 2 years of relevant working experience.
  • Attention to detail, meticulousness, and a strong team player mentality are essential.
  • Demonstrated willingness to learn and adaptability are key attributes for success in this role.
