Job Scope
Effectively balance the needs of the company (understand the business and what drives success at the organisation) with the needs of the employees and create a win-win situation.
Implement effective sourcing, screening, interviewing and selection techniques for new staff (including applications of work passes or other staff licenses).
Prepare and maintain all documentation related to employment, including those associated with hiring, termination, transfers, and promotions.
Develop and Implement performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual appraisal and 360\xc2\xb0 evaluations).
Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development plans for all employees.
Discuss and address employee issues/any other concerns/grievances.
Manage compensation and benefits packages and referral bonus programs.
Design and maintain human resources policies, procedures, standards, and regulations.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Human Resources.
Minimum 2-3 years experience in relevant field.
