Job description/Duties:

• Provide full spectrum of HR and administrative support
• Support implement HR system
• Full-cycle recruitment from job posting, sourcing, interviewing, reference checks, etc.
• Handle On-Boarding & Off Boarding process
• Maintain accurate HR database and up-to-date employee records
• Monthly payroll computation
• Monthly CPF Contribution
• Work pass application and renewal
• Yearly employee\'s income tax preparation - IR8A, IR21, IR8A Appendix
• Daily check attendance record (Info-Tech)
• Prepare employment contract, confirmation, increment, and HR-related letters
• Liaise with government authorities and agencies on employee related matters
• Administration of statutory claims (NS, maternity claims, childcare, etc)
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor

Required skills:

• Minimum Diploma in Human Resource or Business - related fields
• Knowledge in Info-Tech payroll software is an advantage
• Experience in implement HR system is an advantage
• Good communications and planning skills
• Responsible and has a positive attitude towards multi-tasking
