Roles and responsibilities \xc2\xb7 Handle daily questions and problems involving human resources. \xc2\xb7 Maintain & update staff\xe2\x80\x99s personal files and documents in an orderly manner. \xc2\xb7 Assist with the annual appraisal, salary review, and and wage supplement computation and pay-outs. \xc2\xb7 Perform local payroll runs and preparation related to payroll reports. \xc2\xb7 Provide monthly manpower reports to management, take part in statutory surveys, and submit statistical data to government agencies. \xc2\xb7 Submission claims pertaining to payroll, such as NS make-up pay, government-paid leave, and tax clearances (open p-file) . \xc2\xb7 Ensure all new hires and resignees\xe2\x80\x99 payments are received promptly and accurately. \xc2\xb7 Leave administration and analysis. \xc2\xb7 Conduct staff orientation, prepare letters of appointment, confirmation, transfer, promotion and salary revisions. \xc2\xb7 conduct staff orientation; and submit work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and appeals. \xc2\xb7 Assist to arrange for flights and accommodation reservations for overseas business travel. \xc2\xb7 Assist in making arrangements for flights and lodging for business trips abroad. \xc2\xb7 Any additional duties as assigned by management. Job requirements: \xc2\xb7 Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or equivalent. \xc2\xb7 At least 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience as Human Resource Assistant / Executive. \xc2\xb7 Strong knowledge of legal and statutory requirements pertaining to HR practices. \xc2\xb7 Able to interact comfortably with all levels of people. \xc2\xb7 Able to deal with staff firmly while maintaining a good working relationship. \xc2\xb7 Able to work independently and meet deadlines in fast paced environments. \xc2\xb7 Must be able to write proper emails and draft letters. \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of Carbonate payroll system is a plus. .
