As a Human Resources (HR) executive, you will act as an important enabler in helping the Company achieve its mission and vision. You will be responsible for the full suite of HR functions in the Company. You should be competent and comfortable to engage the business units and work with the Management team to understand the concerns and needs before providing sound HR advice and recommendations. This role is expected to be a conceptual thinker with fantastic organizational and conflict management skills.
Job Responsibilities
Supporting full spectrum of HR operations, i.e. recruitment, employee matters, welfare, Induction & exit clearance, etc
Support on-boarding and off-boarding processes
Manage HR administrative duties in areas of preparation of all HR related letters/circulars
Administer employee benefits such as leaves, medical, insurance etc.
Responsible for submission of Work Pass applications and renewals
Responsible for all MOM related reporting/training grant submission
Process and submit all HR and employment-related claims and government / industry surveys
Responsible for statutory submission/claims (CPF, IR8A, IR21 and childcare leaves)
Maintaining and updating employees records, information and personal files in accordance with Company policies and MOM guidelines
Organise staff events and corporate social responsibility activities
Manage travel arrangement such as flight schedules, visas application, transportation and accommodation
Attend to HR-related inquiries from staff
Assist with ad hoc tasks as and when assigned from time to time
Requirements
Degree or Diploma in HR Resources or related field
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role
Familiarity with HR operations, such as payroll, and employee benefits
An in-depth understanding of labor laws, policies and procedures
Excellent communication and people skills
Mature, sensitive and discreet in dealing with confidential matters
The ability to work as part of a team and independently
