Participate in the analysis and review of HR processes, such as streamlining of workflows, configurations of HRIS, project and change management, reviewing of possible solutions such as automation.
Maintaining and management of HR Systems and Data, including user access and user queries
HR Connect Data Checking for MI/APP Exercise
New hire / Resignees updates/input in HRC
SAP inactive user list - FA & Global IT (one-off)
HR Connect External Contractor Data Clean Up (one-off)
Year-End data validations (ad hoc)
HRC data clean up - CC, dept, pay grade, country grade, level & etc
HRC update for promotion/transfer, change in personnel movement (new hire, resignee, contingent worker)

All HRC related work, queries, clarifications
Personnel Administration (ICON & Site)
Resignees : Preparation of resignation acceptance letter, issue exit clearance, sending resignees info to dept/IT/Finance/Office Mgmt for offboarding admin information
New hires : sending new hires info to dept/IT/Finance/Office Mgmt for onboarding admin information
Transfer : Preparation and issuance of letters (ad hoc)
Confirmation : Monitor probation, prepare and issuance of confirmation appraisal form and letter to managers 1 month before confirmation date
Allowances : Preparation and issuance of letters (ad hoc)
Employment Certification letters : Preparation and issuance (ad hoc)
Long Service Awards : Preparation and issuance of LSA certs and letters; procurement of LSA Plaques
Filing work (eg. create p-files)
Merit Increment & Bonus, Retention Bonus letters : preparation and issuance of payout related letters
Other HR related letters preparation
Payroll Processing:
Monthly Time Management System processing & support includes thorough understanding of our pay/allowance/working time terms and conditions etc.
Backup for Payroll Specialist for monthly payroll processing
New Payroll System Project
Migration/integration of HR Connect data into new pay system
Verification of Employee data and payroll data; biometric facial recognition set up etc.
UAT, parallel run, post go-live support etc.
Other support for payroll system project/integration as assigned by the HR Manager;
The tasks are non-exhaustive as it depends on needs as we progressed in the project; this role will work closely with the Payroll Specialist and HR Manager
Payroll Health Check Project
Data extraction/management

Others
Work Pass: Full process of passes monitoring, application, renewal, cancellation; liaison with MOM, online application
HR reports for CON and other reports requirement
Support HR Manager APAC and Site HR Manager in HR operational work for ICON & Site
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
Familiarity with Ascender PeoplePay system or other payroll system
Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Possess good working attitude, communication skills and commitment
Additional Information:
Salary - Up to S$5K per month
Contract duration: 6-month contract
Commencement Date: Immediate
Working days and hours: Mon to Fri, 8.30am to 5.30pm
