, and related compliance matters for the company's engineering workforce. The role also involves supporting worker accommodations, liaising with government agencies, and ensuring smooth HR and administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Work Pass & Compliance Management
Apply for and renew
Work Permits, S Passes, Employment Passes
, and
IPAs
for local and foreign employees.
Maintain records and ensure
MOM (Ministry of Manpower) compliance
.
Prepare and submit
documentation for audits and inspections
.
Track and monitor pass expiry dates and ensure timely renewals.
2. Foreign Worker Administration
Manage
worker accommodations/hostels
, including room allocations and facilities.
Coordinate
transportation, medical check-ups, and insurance
for foreign workers.
Handle payroll and levy submissions related to foreign manpower.
Maintain proper documentation for work-related incidents and disciplinary matters.
3. General HR & Administrative Support
Assist in
recruitment and onboarding
of local and foreign staff.
Maintain employee records, contracts, and leave management.
Coordinate company
HR policies, staff welfare programs, and training
.
Liaise with vendors, government agencies, and internal departments.
Requirements:
1-3 years' experience
in HR or manpower administration, preferably in engineering or construction.
Knowledge of
MOM regulations
, Work Permit, S Pass, Employment Pass, and IPA processes.
Strong
organizational and communication skills
.
Proficient in
MS Office
and HR management systems.
Ability to handle
sensitive information discreetly
.
Preferred Attributes:
Experience in
foreign worker administration
in Singapore construction/engineering sector.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and
