Administer and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and making job offers.
Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including conducting orientations and exit interviews.
Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment contracts, and performance evaluations.
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Handle employee relations matters, including resolving conflicts, addressing grievances, and conducting disciplinary actions.
Support employee training and development initiatives, including organizing training programs and coordinating employee performance reviews.
Manage employee benefits administration, including enrollment, claims processing, and addressing employee inquiries.
Coordinate employee engagement activities and initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations and update HR practices accordingly.
Assist in conducting HR audits to ensure HR processes and practices align with company policies and legal requirements.
Stay updated on HR trends and best practices and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
Provide general HR support and assistance to employees and management.
Assist in handling HR-related documentation, such as employee contracts, letters, and HR reports.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
Job Requirement:
Diploma in Business Administration or related studies
At least 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 working experience with relevant HR experience
