  • Provide support on general HR administrative matters
  • Coordinate in recruitment activities including work pass matters (apply, renewal & cancellation)
  • Prepare HR related documents and contracts, performance appraisal, and payroll
  • Handle generic office administration, including managing office supplies, receiving guests & maintain premise hygiene
  • Source & liaise with training providers
Requirement
  • Good organization skills
  • Experience in Microsoft Excel
  • Able to cope in a fast-moving environment and work independently under minimal supervision
