Job Description

You should be a "hands-on person" and able to work in a fast paced environment. This is a HR Generalist role.

Your key responsibilities as follows:

• Assist in full and complete Recruitment process eg advertising, short listing and coordinating interviews.
• Prepare appointment, confirmation, increment, promotion, transfer and other letters
• Conduct orientation program for new staff
• Application of passess for foreign workers and management of quota
• Monthly reporting on FWL
• Process medical claims and insurance matters
• Source and register training courses for staff
• Maintain and update personnel information and ensure strict confidentiality is kept at all times
• Update and maintain employee\'s personal, leave and training records.
• Effectively bilingual and articulate with a strong command of spoken and written English and Mandarin to communicate with PRC workers and other foreign workers.
• Assisting the HR Team with payroll processing duties i.e. time sheet computation
• Handle all incoming calls in a professional manner and projecting a good company image to external callers
• Other ad-hoc assignment/project at Group & Entity level

• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration/HR
• Experience in Logistics or Manufacturing industry is an added advantage
• Experience in Unit4 Prosoft is an added advantage
• Ability to manage the role independently
• Excellent follow up skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to work well with people at all levels within an organization
