Responsibilities
Manage the onboarding and off-boarding process for the company
Organize and conduct Induction Training for new employee
Generate monthly reports
Coordinate and handle employee engagement activities
Booking and Itinerary
Prepare and issue HR letters
Requirements
Min. Diploma/Degree with relevant qualification preferably HR related
Have experience handling recruitment would be an advantage
Experience in IT & Server support/administration is beneficial
