Job Description

Job Summary:

• Monthly Basic up to $3500

• Location: Jurong East

• Date & Time: Monday - Friday (8.45am - 6.00pm), Saturday (8.45am - 1pm)

• Yearly salary increment + PB (1 - 3 months)

Job Scope:

• Assist the HR Manager to process the full spectrum of payroll related matters

• Prepare weekly and/or monthly reports in a timely and accurate manner

• Prepare monthly payroll transactions

• Responsible for work pass administration such as work pass applications, renewal, cancellation and issuance

• Manage HRIS (e.g. employees\' records, leave, attendance, entitlements, etc.)

• Ensure timely and accurate submissions for government and related claims (e.g. childcare leave, maternity/paternity Leave, NS makeup claims, income tax etc.)

• Manage Doctor\'s roster matters

• Provide advice and handle employee inquiries on HR-related matters

• Assist the HR Manager during performance appraisal

• Support in recruitment and selection matters

• Support the team for company-wide events and/or activities

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of HR experience in payroll

• Full spectrum of HR
