This client is an MNC in the manufacturing/automotive industry with more than 80 years of history.

Responsible for work pass administration such as work pass application, renewal, issuance, and cancellation

Support in new hire onboarding

Documentation and administration of training activities including applications of trainings/administration of training grants, training records, and course evaluation

Supporting HRBP in the recruitment process such as the arrangement of interviews, liaising with recruitment agencies etc.

Support in day-to-day HR administrative duties

Be part of HR welfare and employee engagement activities and lead/ support when required

Any other responsibilities that might be assigned as required

Experience Requirements :
Min 2 years of HR experience in HR Generalist or HR Operations

Well-adversed on Singapore HR policies and MOM regulations

Background in HR services will be an advantage.

Education Requirements :
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource or Business Management or equivalent
