Work closely with internal stakeholders to conduct learning needs analysis and develop annual learning plan for the organization.
End to end coordination of training activities such as but not limited to liaison with training providers on course registration/ course fees payment, update training records in LMS or excel, application/ source for training grants, gather training evaluations and analyse the data for effective management of learning outcomes.
Partner with WSG and Higher Learning Institutions on matters related to scholarship and sponsorship program management.
Assist in the recruitment/ planning and execution of Management Associate Programme.
Develop & Maintain OJT training records for employees in compliance with established standards.
Design and broadcast EDMs related to HR/L&D activities.
Source and develop e-Learning courses/programmes.
Perform any other duties that may be assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum Degree in Human resources with at least 2-3 years of HR L&D experiences
Team player
Excellent communication skills
