Description

Learning & Organizational Development

1. Administer suitable training/course providers for company\'s implementation and employees\' development

2. Facilitate in-house and external training programmes, follow up with training evaluation and learning success evaluation

3. Administer training policies and procedures and ensure proper maintenance of training records

4. Assist to design new programmes and conduct internal stand-up training for staff in accordance to company\'s needs and requirements

5. Assist the Departmental Head in designing On-Job-Training programmes

6. Assist in certification audits pertaining to training matters

7. Assist in career fair for Singapore\'s educational institutions to promote company branding awareness

8.Support internal / external auditing

Learning Management System

1. Maintain and administer the Learning Management System for employees\' profiles, documentation, tracking and reporting of training statistics

2. Provide support to staff with regards the use of the Learning Management System

3.LMS SME & ambassador

Recruitment

1. Assist in recruitment, selection, onboarding & offboarding of new & existing employees

2. Coordinates with recruitment agency on vacant positions with regard to job requirements or advertisement artwork.

3. Involve in screening resumes and gives recommendation on candidate\'s suitability to HOD

4. Follow up on all the necessary documentations and procedures for selected candidates (eg, letter of appointment, check-up)

5. Conduct orientation for new employees

6. Assist online application of working passes for new staff

7. Manage and recruit internship placement for the company

Business Partner

1. Provide human resources\' policy guidance to employee

2. Assist the HR manager to address employee\'s grievances if required

3. Work closely with employees to improve work relationship and morale

Statutory Requirements

1. Liaise with government bodies or statutory boards for official matters

2. Compile and provide information to government bodies or statutory boards for research purposes required by the laws

Others

1. To carry out any additional job related duties that may be assigned from time to time.

2. Implement and conforms to all established quality, safety and environmental management system.

3. Support the implemented quality, safety and environmental management system
