HR Executive (Based in Seletar, Salary up to SGD 7,000)
With strong presence globally, they are now expanding their footprint here in Singapore to cater to their clients within this region.
About the Role:
This is a HR generalist role where you will be responsible for all functions of the Human Resources. You will also act as the business partner with the business leaders to provide support in HR matters.
:
- Assist Chief People Officer in the full spectrum of HR functions
- Assist in development, implementation and improvement on HR & Administrative policies in accordance to Singapore regulations
- Support in HR projects for execution and implementation both locally and regionally
- Timely and accurate update of employee records into HR systems
- Responsible for recruitment and employee life cycle
- Responsible for employee engagement matters and developing training programs
- Bachelor\'s Degree in Human Resources; SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP highly desired
- Minimum 3 years of experience as HR Generalist
- Excellent communication skills and proactive in taking initiatives
- Ability to multi task and work in a fast phase diverse environment
