Job Description

Review and implement HR policies in alignment with corporate standards and legal requirements. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding. Handle all matters related to work pass applications and renewals. Oversee monthly payroll processing and CPF submissions. Administer performance appraisals and make recommendations for bonuses and salary adjustments. Manage employee income tax submissions (IR8A & IR21). Collaborate with management and department heads on employee feedback, disciplinary actions, and workplace issues. Coordinate and manage all company insurance matters. Ensure compliance with MOM reporting requirements and handle training grant submissions. Prepare and maintain all HR-related documentation. Perform other ad-hoc tasks and participate in organizational projects as required.

Job Requirements:



Diploma or higher qualification, preferably in Human Resources or a related field. At least 2-3 years of relevant HR experience is preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook). 5-day work week. Work location: Tuas area.
