Our client, a well-known company is looking for candidates for the position of HR Executive.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Expats and Secondee\'s employment and personal information management
Expat\'s income tax administration and certification, compiling the data and submit to agent/ payment of tax
Prepare repatriated expats\' income data/ existing expats annual income data for tax filing
Local and Expats Claims management
Administration and Briefing to Secondee on Salary matters and Contract terms and conditions
Pre and Post secondment matters (flight, housing, language class, claims, leave etc)
Support Secondment\'s visa application and purchase of insurance (if any)
Administrate Secondment\'s monthly salary payment and annual bonus payment (if any) and annual income tax certification
Ad-hoc tasks as assigned by immediate supervisor, Department or Division managers
REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
Relevant working experience in Administration and Human Resource will be an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work overtime when required
Positive attitude in challenging work environment
Microsoft Office, especially Excel and power point
