Our client, a well-known company is looking for candidates for the position of HR Executive.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Expats and Secondee\'s employment and personal information management
• Expat\'s income tax administration and certification, compiling the data and submit to agent/ payment of tax
• Prepare repatriated expats\' income data/ existing expats annual income data for tax filing
• Local and Expats Claims management
• Administration and Briefing to Secondee on Salary matters and Contract terms and conditions
• Pre and Post secondment matters (flight, housing, language class, claims, leave etc)
• Support Secondment\'s visa application and purchase of insurance (if any)
• Administrate Secondment\'s monthly salary payment and annual bonus payment (if any) and annual income tax certification
• Ad-hoc tasks as assigned by immediate supervisor, Department or Division managers

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• Relevant working experience in Administration and Human Resource will be an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work overtime when required
• Positive attitude in challenging work environment
• Microsoft Office, especially Excel and power point
