Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for various HR tasks, including onboarding, staff pass management, and associate disciplinary matters
  • Maintain the HR notice board and administer associate benefits programs
  • Handle payroll and computation of salary for ops and corporate staff
  • Organize HR roundtable discussions to gather insights from the ground level
  • Serve as the point of contact for inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies
  • Liaise with government agencies as needed
  • Utilize analytical skills and computer literacy to manage associate data and generate reports
  • Contribute to HR transformation initiatives and work on ad-hoc projects assigned by the HR Manager
Requirements:
  • Min Diploma in HR / Business Administration
  • Experience in managing Payroll such as OT, shift computations for blue or white collars
  • Keen interest in taking up functions related to employee services, employee benefits enquires, on-boarding/orientations
  • Possess at least 2-3 years of experience in similar role
  • Well-versed in MS Office
