Responsible for various HR tasks, including onboarding, staff pass management, and associate disciplinary matters
Maintain the HR notice board and administer associate benefits programs
Handle payroll and computation of salary for ops and corporate staff
Organize HR roundtable discussions to gather insights from the ground level
Serve as the point of contact for inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies
Liaise with government agencies as needed
Utilize analytical skills and computer literacy to manage associate data and generate reports
Contribute to HR transformation initiatives and work on ad-hoc projects assigned by the HR Manager
Requirements:
Min Diploma in HR / Business Administration
Experience in managing Payroll such as OT, shift computations for blue or white collars
Keen interest in taking up functions related to employee services, employee benefits enquires, on-boarding/orientations
Possess at least 2-3 years of experience in similar role
Well-versed in MS Office
