Job Description

• Salary up $4000
• Monday to Friday (9-6pm)
• Location: Outram

Responsibilities:

• Handle full spectrum of recruitment including administering of work pass administration, uniform inventory, monthly manpower reports and organisation charts.
• Administer staff benefits such as leave, medical, insurance claims, NS make-up pay, and government-paid leaves.
• Administer confirmation, contract renewals, welfare activities and staff orientation.
• Maintain employee data in personnel files and HRIS.
• Handle annual appraisals, salary review and bonus exercise.
• Process monthly payroll, income Tax clearance, CPF and IR8A submission.
• Training & development management.
• Employee Engagement activities.
• Participate in HR-related projects.
