Responsible for processing monthly payroll, CPF submission, IR21, IR8A submission for about 200 headcounts
Perform general administrative duties and manage onboarding/offboarding processes
Handle work passes administration i.e. application, renewal and cancellation
Administer employees leave,attendance, welfare and benefits
Assist in HR matters in manpower planning, recruitment, compensation & benefits and performance management exercise.
Submission of all government claims
Prepare monthly HR reports
Support in developing and implementation of HR policies and procedures
Assist in handling employee disciplinary issues and grievances
Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
Possess at least a Diploma/Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in payroll processing
Familiar with Infopay system
Knowledge with local employment laws
