: Industry: Luxury Brand Location: Orchard Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm Basic Salary + AWS + VB Responsibilities: * Process the monthly payroll * Maintain personal files, employee benefits, medical and insu : Industry: Luxury Brand Location: Orchard Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm Basic Salary + AWS + VB Responsibilities: Process the monthly payroll Maintain personal files, employee benefits, medical and insurance claims, personnel costs, forecasts and budgets Claims for expenses, issue employment pass etc. Government submission for reimbursement / claims for In-Camp National Service, Childcare and Maternity leave Respond to inquiries from employees regarding salary, bonus, claims, allowances and deductions Prepare and compile HR related payroll reports Maintain accurate employee records and other related payroll functions Submission of monthly payroll reconciliation, analysis and manpower reports to Finance Review Staff Compensation and Benefit System with HR Manager Assist in other HR functions ie Recruitment and office administration duties Job Requirement: Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent with at least 2 Years of Payroll Processing Experienced in Easypay Enterprise/Prosoft preferred Able to work in a fast-paced environment Meticulous, organized, detail oriented with strong numerical and analytical skills and bubbly personality Possess good communication & interpersonal skills Solid understanding of payroll processes, good knowledge with the local employment legislations, provisions and income tax legislations Excellent computer skills including proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP & Pivot Table) and Word Organized, meticulous, has initiative and a team player Ensure a strong sense of confidentiality on information and able to work under pressure JOBID:L8X7665R All Successful candidates can expect a very competitive remuneration package and a comprehensive range of benefits.
