Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end payroll processing to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with statutory requirements.
Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure a seamless experience for new hires.
Maintain HR records, employee data, and leave administration.
Support HR initiatives related to employee engagement, performance management, and service excellence.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 2 years of relevant HR experience, with hands-on exposure to payroll and recruitment.
Knowledge of employment laws and payroll systems.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information with integrity.
