Job Description
Our Client in the Automotive Industry is looking for a HR Executive to join their team!
Position: HR Executive (Recruitment) Salary: $3,000 - $4,000 Location: West Working Hours / Days: 8.30am - 5.30pm / 9.00pm - 6.00pm (Mon - Fri) Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the day-to-day HR operations and employee life-cycle management
- Maintain and ensure accuracy records of personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, leaves, etc.)
- Tracking and follow up on staff movement update, confirmation review, employment certification
- Assist in recruitment and job advertisement
- Assist in HR letters creation
- Process work pass applications and other MOM related matters
- Provide quality support, able to deliver HR service excellence across all areas within HR, in compliance with local regulations and according to business and HR needs
- Provide support for internal and external audits relating to HR
- HRIS Management and Maintenance
- Perform other duties as assigned
- At least 2 years of relevant HR experience
- Minimum Degree / Diploma in any field
- Good understanding of common HR practices and Employment related legislation
- Able to handle high volume of transactional work
- Excellent communication, planning, organisation, interpersonal skills and able to work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Word and Excel)
- Positive attitude with a service-oriented mind-set
- Training will be provided for those candidates with strong interest in joining the HR function
