Job Description
- Industry/ Organization Type: Logistics/ Freight Forwarding
- Position Title: HR Executive (Recruitment/ Training)/ Recruitment & Training Executive
- Working Location: Buroh Crescent (Transport provided from Jurong East MRT)
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30 am – 6 pm
- Salary: Up to $3,600 + Meal Allowance + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
- End-to-end recruitment process to ensure job openings are filled in a timely manner
- Assist in the job description, and job posting, liaise with recruitment agencies and direct to respective hiring managers for review
- Orientation for all new joiners
- Perform company-wide training administration
- Perform travel arrangement eg. booking of air ticket and travel insurance
- Verify invoices from vendors for their services provided for staff transport, staff taxi claims and subsidized meals from the canteen
- May be tasked to assist in payroll duties if required
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
- At least a Diploma in HR Management or the related field
- Minimum 1-year experience in performing the full cycle of recruitment and training administrative duties
