Adecco is partnering with a real estate company and they're looking for a HR Executive specialized in recruitment.
Responsibilities
Source candidates through a range of channels, including web adverts, referrals, networking, and candidate databases
Maintain candidate database to manage workflows, like tracking spreadsheets
Contact and interview prospective candidates, keeping records of all contact and outcomes
Handle both permanent and temporary recruitment briefs
Advertise job opening for all roles internally and on external career sites.
Keep HR Business Partners informed about progress, including how many roles have been filled through referrals, internal advertising and direct sourcing.
Screen candidates including conducting due diligence, reference checks, background checks
Coordinate interviews and candidate assessment tests
Create and build talent database for current and future recruitment needs Other duties
Perform other HR related duties or projects as assigned.
Publish weekly and monthly recruitment dashboard to HRBP
Requirements:
Positive attitude, committed and willing to learn
Min 3 years of experience in full spectrum of recruitment
Excellent communication skills and able to interact with all levels of staff
Meticulous, resourceful, responsible and analytical
Able to work independently and is a reliable team player
High level of personal and professional integrity
Proficient in MS Office applications
