DESIGNATION : HR Executive / Senior Executive, HR Shared Services (1 year)

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform data verification, cleansing, preparation for migration from legacy HR systems to a new system (SAP SuccessFactors(SF) – Employee Central(EC) & Time-Off and SAP Payroll) and follow existing data migration strategy to facilitate the data cleansing and preparation before actual data loading for UAT and PROD cut-over
  • Apply data quality control processes to all output to ensure accuracy
  • Understand the source of data pulled and be able to apply a reasonableness test to the results
  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of data migrated to the new system
  • Document problems encountered during data verification
  • Key in data/records which were tracked manually under the legacy system into the new SF EC system
  • Support in e-filing and record maintenance of staff’s particulars, as well as provide support in the administration and employee data processing with the HR stakeholders across FairPrice Group(FPG)
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the HR teams to ensure and promote teamwork within the department and in support of the FairPrice Group(FPG)
  • Assist with other tasks and projects as assigned
  • Involve in our continuous review and streamline of existing workflows, any HR projects and ad-hoc duties as assigned


QUALIFICATIONS
  • Degree in related discipline with min. 3 years of relevant working experience
  • Candidates with prior SAP SuccessFactors and SAP ERP experience will be preferred
  • Strong knowledge of the Employment Act
  • Good knowledge and understanding of HR practices and processes including payroll
  • Proficient in Microsoft office and G-Suite with excellent Excel & G-Sheets skills
  • An independent and meticulous team player who is able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Possesses a high degree of confidentiality
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-driven, analytical, resourceful and possess great problem-solving skills
