Assist in recruitment process which include job posting and interview arrangement.
Updating of staff contact list and attendance.
To support monthly payroll calculation inputs.
Assist in organising staff engagement activities.
Respond to employee enquiries as and when needed.
Support onboarding and offboarding process.
Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirement:
Diploma in HR or related field.
Preferably 1 to 2 years of work experience. Fresh graduate welcome to apply.
Good communication skills.
Positive attitude and team player.
Possess strong administrative and organizational skills.
