Assist the HR Manager to manage full spectrum of Human Resource and Administrative functions in the employee lifecycle from recruitment and on boarding, training, and performance management to off boarding.
Manage end to end recruitment (full cycle of onboarding & exit clearance process)
Assist in processing monthly payroll, ensuring timely and accurate payroll delivery
Assist in processing submissions in all government and related claims, grants, and licenses e.g. CPF, Childcare Leave, Maternity/Paternity Leave, NS makeup claims, income tax (IR8A & IR21) matters etc.
Responsible for work pass administration such as work pass applications, renewal, cancellation, and issuance
Prepare & generate miscellaneous HR Management reports as needed.
Develop, manage, and implement HR related policies, procedures, and guidelines
Understand and implement fair employment practices and ensuring compliance with regulations
Responsible for the preparation of letters, including but not limited to letters of appointment, confirmation, promotion, etc.
Update and maintain employee information into Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and personal files
Manage and handle employee’s attendance and leave records in Info-Tech system
Undertake any ad-hoc projects assigned by the superior/management team
Requirements:
Possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Human Resources, Administrative / Business Studies, or any other related field
Candidate must have at least 2 years of working experience in the Human Resources field, having experience in F&B/Hospitality/Retail/Construction industry will be added advantage
Possess initiative and a positive attitude
Able to work independently and a good team player
Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Familiar with MOM regulations and HR practices
Good communication, writing and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English and Mandarin due to Business Communication Needs
Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
