Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Assist the HR Manager to manage full spectrum of Human Resource and Administrative functions in the employee lifecycle from recruitment and on boarding, training, and performance management to off boarding.
  • Manage end to end recruitment (full cycle of onboarding & exit clearance process)
  • Assist in processing monthly payroll, ensuring timely and accurate payroll delivery
  • Assist in processing submissions in all government and related claims, grants, and licenses e.g. CPF, Childcare Leave, Maternity/Paternity Leave, NS makeup claims, income tax (IR8A & IR21) matters etc.
  • Responsible for work pass administration such as work pass applications, renewal, cancellation, and issuance
  • Prepare & generate miscellaneous HR Management reports as needed.
  • Develop, manage, and implement HR related policies, procedures, and guidelines
  • Understand and implement fair employment practices and ensuring compliance with regulations
  • Responsible for the preparation of letters, including but not limited to letters of appointment, confirmation, promotion, etc.
  • Update and maintain employee information into Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and personal files
  • Manage and handle employee’s attendance and leave records in Info-Tech system
  • Undertake any ad-hoc projects assigned by the superior/management team
Requirements:
  • Possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Human Resources, Administrative / Business Studies, or any other related field
  • Candidate must have at least 2 years of working experience in the Human Resources field, having experience in F&B/Hospitality/Retail/Construction industry will be added advantage
  • Possess initiative and a positive attitude
  • Able to work independently and a good team player
  • Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiar with MOM regulations and HR practices
  • Good communication, writing and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin due to Business Communication Needs
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
