Own the full recruitment cycle for operational and temporary positions (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management and on-boarding processes).
Ensure timely hiring within defined SLAs while maintaining quality.
2. Strategic Talent Sourcing
Leverage cost-effective channels to build robust talent pipelines.
Continuously explore innovative sourcing methods to attract diverse candidates.
3. Employer Branding & Events
Collaborate with Marketing to develop recruitment campaigns (digital content, flyers, referral programs).
Plan and execute job fairs, in-house recruitment events, and campus engagements.
4. Internship Program Leadership
Manage end-to-end student internship programs, including partnerships with educational institutions.
Resolve conflicts and provide guidance to hiring managers and interns.
5. Compliance & Administration
Support foreign worker permit applications and contract renewals.
Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal policies.
6. Continuous Improvement
Analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire) to optimize strategies.
Execute ad-hoc HR projects as assigned by the HR Manager.
Job Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field.
1-3 years
of hands-on recruitment/ talent acquisition experience in F&B or hospitality sector.
Recruitment Expertise:
Proven success in high-volume hiring across multiple channels.
Communication:
Exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to engage stakeholders and candidates.
Agility:
Adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-Oriented:
Meticulous in documentation, compliance, and candidate management.
Tech-Savvy:
Proficiency using recruitment portals and creative use of socmed for recruitment and work pass applications on government portals
