Assist with MOM-related matters. Ensure the company complies with labor laws and regulations. Maintain HR databases and generate reports. Handling and liaising between staffs and insurance broker on insurance claims and work injury compensations and all documentations. Maintain record of Company Vehicles and apply new vehicles, vehicle auditing. Ensure recruitments documents are in order, job posting, screening of CVs, interview arrangements. Maintaining all records of staff attendance such as annual leave, leave of absence and medical leave etc. Communication and interpersonal skills and Organizational skills. Time management, and Problem-solving attitude. * Perform any other duties as assigned.
