As an HR Generalist with Payroll Experience, you will be responsible for managing payroll, HR operations, and compliance, ensuring a smooth and efficient workplace. Key Responsibilities:



Execute end-to-end payroll processing for employees including international payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory regulations, tax laws, and company policies. Responsible for quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting in payroll. Participate in HR cost provision reporting to ensure accurate financial planning and analysis. Review and reconcile payroll reports, promptly addressing discrepancies and resolving issues. Work closely with Finance on payroll closure, general ledger reporting, payroll reconciliations. Support HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle management. Serve as a point of contact for employee payroll questions or concerns, providing timely and accurate responses. Maintain employee records, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with data protection laws. Manage all records in the HRIS and ensure all information is updated accurately from time to time. Manage all type of government claims submissioon Manage employee flexi benefits programs Support in all company events, and handle ad hoc projects as needed

Qualifications & Skills:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proven experience in payroll processing and HR operations. Strong understanding of labor laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements. Proficient in E-frontier and payroll software; advanced Excel skills are a plus. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion Understanding of regional HR practices and payroll compliance are a plus
