Job Description

Job Requirements





HR Compliance & Employment Law





Ensure all HR policies, procedures, and practices comply with Singapore employment laws, MOM guidelines, CPF regulations, and other statutory requirements.





Stay up to date with changes in employment legislation and advise management on implications for the business.





Employment Contracts & Documentation





Draft, review, and update employment contracts, offer letters, and HR-related agreements in accordance with Singapore law.





Create onboarding documentation packs, including employee handbooks, confidentiality agreements, and non-compete clauses where applicable.





Maintain accurate HR records and employee files in compliance with statutory requirements.





Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle





Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring proper documentation, CPF registrations, and induction processes are completed.





Support probation assessments, contract renewals, and end-of-service processes (including termination letters, exit interviews, and final settlements).





HR Advisory & Employee Relations





Act as the first point of contact for employees and management regarding HR policies, statutory obligations, and employee relations issues.





Provide guidance on handling grievances, disciplinary procedures, and performance management in compliance with legal frameworks.





General HR Operations





Support payroll coordination by providing accurate employee data (leaves, new hires, resignations, overtime claims, etc.).





Assist in HR audits and prepare reports for management as needed.





Requirements





Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.





Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, CPF regulations, and MOM guidelines is a must.





Proven experience in drafting and reviewing employment contracts.





At least 2-5 years of HR experience in a Singapore-based organisation.





Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.





Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with employees and management.





Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
