Liase with universities, career offices, and student bodies to promote internship opportunities
Conduct onboarding and ensure a smooth start for new hires
Assist in the monthly payroll process / staff compensation and benefits
Prepare payroll reports with overtime, allowance, and deduction for submission to finance team
Plan staff engagement and well beings activities ( festive celebration, team bonding, CSR and etc.)
Maintain up-to-date HR database and personnel file including filling, data entry and document management.
Provide general administrative support to the business units.
Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor/ HOD
Address employee queries on HR policies and procedures
Process work pass application/renewal/ cancellation and medical check-up arrangement
Worker dormitory arrangement
Update HR training record,coordinate training program and support employee learning initiative, assist in course registration for worker (Eg: Core Trade, Multi-Skill and CSOC course and etc.) and government grant applications
Prepare monthly HR closing report.
Involve in HR initiatives and HR Projects (HRIS, PMS, LMS)
Review and update organisation policies
