HR Functions



Handle day-to day HR function Handle Recruitment Process, Employment Contract, on-boarding and off-boarding process Manage Work Passes Application, Renewal and Cancellation Monthly Payroll, CPF Process, IR21& IR8A Prepare weekly/monthly HR, payroll and overtime report Maintain and update employee's personal files, and ensure the confidentiality of all HR documents. Prepare weekly/monthly HR, payroll and overtime report Generate HR Letters (i.e. Disciplinary, Contracts, Confirmation, Extension of Probation, Promotion & etc.) Good knowledge of Employment Act, IRAS and MOM regulations and HR best practices Handling disciplinary issues and executive the necessary e.g. inquiry, warning letter Perform any other duties as assigned. * Experience with administration and basic logistic will be added advantage
