Talent Acquisition & Onboarding



Collaborated with hiring managers to define staffing needs and develop job descriptions. Sourced, screened, and coordinated interviews for junior to mid-level roles. Managed full-cycle recruitment, including job advertisements, interviews, offers, and onboarding. Supported local and overseas internship recruitment and placement. Processed work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations (WP, S Pass, EP).

Training & Development



Handled course registration, grant application (SSG/WSQ), and vendor liaison. Managed training budgets and prepared bonds for sponsored staff. Monitored staff training hours and evaluated post-training effectiveness. Developed training calendars in alignment with organizational learning needs.

Employee Benefits & Claims



Administered leave and attendance systems; updated HRIS records. Managed claims: work injury (WICA), medical, and government-paid leave (GPML, GPMB, GPPL). Coordinated with medical providers on new hire coverage and policy clarification.

Performance Management



Coordinated annual performance review exercises. Collected and tracked e-appraisal submissions and reminders. Identified performance and training gaps and recommended learning solutions.

Employee Life Cycle Management



Managed complete employee journey: attraction, hiring, development, retention, separation. Supported smooth offboarding and exit interviews.

Employment Law, HR Compliance & Policy Management



Updated HR policies, handbooks, and intranet documentation in line with MOM regulations. Ensured timely communication of employment law changes to relevant stakeholders. Familiar with the Singapore Employment Act and its applications in HR practices. Stay updated on changes in MOM regulations and ensure HR policies remain compliant. Experience in interpreting and applying statutory regulations related to leave entitlements, work hours, termination, and salary payments. Applied knowledge of WICA, foreign worker regulations, and government-paid leave schemes.

HR Reporting & Human Resource Information System



Generated monthly HR reports for headcount, attrition, and training. Applied for foreign worker levy waivers. Proficient in HR system such as OpenSoft.

Requirements



Diploma/Degree in Business, Commerce/ Human Resources. At least 1-2 years of relevant HR experience in an industrial work environment / construction / manufacturing industries. Experience in payroll management, employees' income tax submission, CPF submission and application for foreign work passes. Competent in Singapore Employment Act / CPF Act. Excellent communication and organisation skills. Competent in MS Office / presentation. Ability to handle confidential information professionally and discreetly. Strong interpersonal skills with mature disposition. 5.5 working days - Alternate Saturdays (Minimum 1 Saturday a month or maximum 2 Saturdays in a month). * Preferably able to start immediate / short notice.
