Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities



Administer Bi-Monthly payroll Processing of work permits, employment pass and visa applications (including new, renewal and cancellation) Maintain attendance and leave records in the HR system Creation and maintenance of employee files Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resource functions such as employee relations, payroll and benefits administration Undertake ad-hoc projects or assignments as and when required


Qualifications / Requirements



Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or Human Resource or equivalent Minimum 3 years of experience in a HR role in Marine/Petrochemical Industry Excellent interpersonal and communications skills are essential Able to work independently and an eye for details Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment Proficient in MS Office applications esp. Excel and Word * People oriented and team player
