Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Staffing:
Manage end-to-end hiring processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
Work Pass Administration:
Handle the full lifecycle of foreign employees' passes, including applications, renewals, and cancellations.
Payroll & Benefits:
Prepare and process monthly payroll, CPF submissions, bonuses, and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
Employee Relations & Compliance:
Support investigations, manage employee grievances, and ensure compliance with MOM and employment regulations.
Employee Lifecycle Management:
Oversee onboarding, confirmation, performance appraisal, and offboarding processes.
HR Documentation:
Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR systems.
Ad-hoc Duties:
Assist in HR projects or other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
At least
3 years of HR experience
(generalist or HR executive role preferred).
Good knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, CPF, and MOM regulations.
Proficient in MS Office and HR/payroll systems (e.g. InfoTech, JustLogin, or similar).
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with attention to detail.
Bilingual in English and Mandarin
(spoken and written) to liaise with Mandarin-speaking staff.
