Key Responsibilities



Manage the full recruitment cycle -- from job posting, screening, and interviewing to successful onboarding. Actively source and attract suitable candidates for various roles. Handle staff contracts, maintain accurate employee records, and manage personnel files. Administer monthly payroll, leave management, and benefits processing. Manage work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations in compliance with MOM regulations. Coordinate internship placements. Support management in employee engagement, performance reviews, and HR policy updates. Perform other HR generalist duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements



Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline. Minimum 1 year of relevant HR experience, preferably in the service or retail industry. Strong knowledge of Singapore's employment laws and MOM regulations. Proficient in HR administration, payroll processing, and recruitment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills -- you enjoy connecting with people. * Organized, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
