Responsible to support the Company and Sales Team by providing support functions such as:

You should possess excellent communication and organizational skills and be able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Job Responsibilities
Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Conduct new employee orientation and ensure that all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and productive work environment.
Assist in the performance management process by tracking and maintaining performance records and providing support to managers.
Maintain accurate employee records and files, including personnel files, training records, and performance evaluations.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Coordinate and administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits.
Provide support to employees (HR-related issues, concerns, working tools)
Salary: $2,500.00 - $3,300.00 per month Work Location: One location
