Provide high quality HR Services in a fast pace service industry
Responsible for the entire staffing and onboarding process for technicians positions and is expected to meet all specified KPIs
Manage exit process of the above positions
Partner with the business to facilitate resolutions regarding employee relations issues with escalation to the HR Director when necessary
Drive the annual performance management process
Participate in compensation and benefits initiatives to ensure that compensation and benefits practices are aligned to overall strategy for attraction and retention
Support employee engagement initiatives and employee surveys such as YVC (Your Voice Counts) and partner with the business to effectively follow through on required actions
Regularly review HR policies and implement changes where necessary
Ensure effective and efficient execution and delivery of HR policies, procedures and services in accordance with legal compliance and company requirements
Regularly review HR operations, identify and execute on opportunity for improvement to drive HR efficiency and productivity
Drive and manage internship program
Prepare and submit monthly management and other statutory reports
Support the annual budgeting process
Support M&A activities where necessary
Requirements
Degree holder with minimum 3 years\' relevant experience as a HR Generalist
Being pro-active, mature, meticulous, analytical, organized and a dedicated team player
Being hands-on, able to work independently in a dynamic & fast pace environment and able to prioritize and work to tight deadlines.
Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
Strong project management skill
Must be able to handle high level of confidential information regarding employees with sensitivity
Proficiency in Microsoft office applications
Knowledge and experience in Easy Pay and Workday software preferred
Knowledge in expat administrations will be an added advantage
Knowledge of Lean and other continuous improvement tools will be an added advantage
