Job Designation : Talent Development & Quality Executive
Talent Development & Quality Officer/Executive Function as primary support to the Talent Development & Quality team in maintaining the quality management system and learning programs to maximise guest experience and operating efficiency throughout the Hotels\' operations. Various tools will be utilised, including learning management systems, quality audits, and 3rd party website reviews.
